We listen before we build anything.
Every Crownkonsult engagement begins with a discovery session. This is not a sales call. It is a structured conversation where we map your current operations, understand your team, surface the problems that are costing you time and money, and get clear on what success looks like for your business specifically.
We do not recommend tools, propose solutions, or suggest a scope before this session. We cannot know what you need until we understand how you work. By the end of the discovery session, we will have a clear picture of what your project requires, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
The discovery call is free and takes 30 minutes.
Our four-step methodology delivers results every time.
Each step has a defined outcome. Nothing moves forward until the previous step is complete and you are satisfied.
Discover
We map your current systems, people, and processes to understand exactly where you are today. This includes how your data is stored, how your team works, which tasks consume the most time, where the gaps and risks are, and what your business is trying to achieve in the next 12 months.
Design
We propose a practical roadmap — the specific tools, timelines, automations, and processes that will take your business from its current state to the outcome we agreed on. Every recommendation is tied to a measurable result. You review and approve the roadmap before any implementation begins.
Deliver
We build. Crownkonsult implements your CRM, builds your automation workflows, connects your tools, creates your dashboards, integrates AI capabilities, and tests everything in real-world scenarios before anything goes live. You are kept updated at every milestone.
Develop
We train your team with hands-on sessions built around the exact tools we have just implemented. Your people practice the tasks they will carry out daily. They leave each session confident and capable, with a written reference guide they can use independently. We also conduct a 30-day adoption review after go-live.
You own everything. We manage everything.
The digital tools we implement — your CRM, your automation platform, your dashboard tools — are registered in your business name with your billing details. You are the account holder. You have independent access at all times. We do not own, resell, or pay for any third-party software on your behalf.
Our role is to identify the right tools for your situation, guide you through a simple activation process that typically takes under 30 minutes, and then take over everything technical from there. Once your accounts are live, you do not need to deal with the technical complexity at all.
Most clients spend between £50 and £150 per month across all tools. Our fee covers the expertise, the implementation, the training, and the ongoing management — not the software itself.
When an engagement ends, we remove our access within five working days and hand everything over. Your systems continue to run. Your data stays with you. Your business keeps moving.
We do not build and disappear.
After your systems go live, you have a choice. You can take full ownership internally — your team has been trained, your documentation is in hand, and your systems are designed to run without us. Or you can continue with a Crownkonsult retainer, where we monitor your systems monthly, fix anything that needs attention, add new capabilities as your business grows, and deliver a regular performance report.
Retainer packages start at £180 per month and scale depending on how much ongoing involvement your business needs.
There is no obligation to continue with a retainer. But the option is always there when you are ready.
